SupervisorABA products are designed for use in supervision of prospective certificants of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. SupervisorABA is not responsible for ensuring that Users meet BACB requirements for supervisors.
You understand and agree that SupervisorABA does not take responsibility for your supervision practices. You are responsible for understanding supervision requirements of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and any local, state, or other guidelines particular to your region. SupervisorABA does not guarantee that use of SupervisorABA products will result in certification or licensure.
You are responsible for following ethical practices in supervision. SupervisorABA does not provide support or oversight of supervisors.
You are responsible for all outcomes of any activities based upon SupervisorABA products. SupervisorABA is not responsible for your clinical skills or judgment in choosing and assigning activities based on SupervisorABA products.
Payment in full is required upon subscription. Payment is securely collected by credit card. Once payment is secured, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging payment, along with login information.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a supervisee is entered into your account, it will be counted towards the number of supervisees allowed by your subscription. Terminating a supervision relationship with a supervisee does not entitle you to a refund.
SupervisorABA stores the following information on a secure server: User 's name, telephone number, email address, Supervisee 's name, telephone number, email address, supervision forms created, and supervision forms completed. SupervisorABA maintains all stored information for the duration of the User 's subscription and for a minimum of one year after the subscription has been terminated. You are not entitled to access previously created supervision forms or supervisee completion data following the termination of your subscription.
You understand and agree that SupervisorABA may use any data collected from use of our product for the purposes of conducting research to be presented at professional conferences, published in scientific journals or other publications, and to enhance the SupervisorABA product line. You understand that all data will be deidentified and/or aggregated so as to assure confidentiality. By purchasing a subscription to any SupervisorABA product, you hereby give SupervisorABA or any of its representatives all rights attached to the data collected during the course of or in relation to use of SupervisorABA products.
Any materials within SupervisorABA products, including without limitation any documentation, instructional content, text, data, graphics, images, interfaces or other materials or works of authorship, (the "Materials") are copyrighted materials owned by or licensed to SupervisorABA. All rights are reserved. The Materials contain trademarks, service marks and trade names which are owned by SupervisorABA. With the exception of the supervision forms created as part of your subscription, you are not authorized to print, electronically copy, store, or otherwise retain content, text, images, graphics, or data.
You are granted a limited, nonexclusive right to create a "hypertext" link to SupervisorABA.com provided that such link is to the entry page of SupervisorABA.com, and does not portray SupervisorABA or any of its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise defamatory manner. The failure of SupervisorABA to enforce any right or provision in these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by SupervisorABA in writing. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
